SELF STORAGE UNITS

Small and large units ideal for anyone or any business needing extra secure storage.

Operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (by special arrangement). The charges as laid out below are payable one month in advance with a month's refundable deposit being required against clearance on each unit.

Small units (12' x 7' x 7.6") – from £25 per week (+ VAT)
Medium units (20' x 7' x 7.6") – from £30 per week (+ VAT)
Large Units (40' x 7' x 7.6") – from £45 per week (+ VAT)

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Invoices are sent out approximately 10 days before payment is due, it is important to note the strict credit control operated within these terms, units are overlocked within 24 hours and access is denied after the 'due date' on all unpaid accounts.

DEPOSIT
A refundable deposit equivalent to one month's hire charge is requested and is only refunded providing the unit is left in a clean and tidy state on terminating the hire, for which two full weeks notice is required. The minimum period of hire is 14 days.

OUT OF HOURS ACCESS
A weekly charge of £4 for remote access control applies to those who wish to take advantage of the full 24-hour service!

CONTAINERISED / PALLET STORAGE
We can collect or goods can be delivered to us - loaded and itemised for insurance purposes. Collection charges from £90 per storage container or receiving charges = £18 (minimum) per hour (not applicable on self store units)

INEXPENSIVE
We have excellent rates which are available for both long and short term contracts. From :-

£8.75 per week for containerised.
£5.50 per week for three-piece suite or equivalent on 1 rack!
£4.25 per week for pallet storage.

(Limited liability rates quoted for Standard Liability work out your declared value at 0.075% per month)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A minimum two week contract with notice of termination thereafter required by either party dependant on type of contract. We would be happy to discuss longer terms or rolling contracts with prices fixed to mutually acceptable indices. Storage invoices are payable monthly in advance while other services are invoiced monthly in arrears and are payable on receipt
